These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of toppredictionmarkets.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is an editorial publication about prediction markets. We do not operate a prediction market, hold customer funds, or facilitate trades.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Site. You are responsible for confirming that using the Site and any third-party platform we reference is legal where you live.
3. No advice
All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or gambling advice, and it is not a recommendation, offer, or solicitation. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for seeking qualified advice.
4. Third-party platforms and links
We describe and link to third-party platforms operated by independent parties on their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, pricing, security, or conduct. Some links may be affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Content on the Site is owned by Top Prediction Markets or its licensors. You may read, link to, and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other reuse requires prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Prediction Markets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or trading losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $50.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Top Prediction Markets harmless from any claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Top Prediction Markets is operated.
